The online scheduler may not work as expected on all mobile devices. Our software vendor is working on a mobile compatible online scheduler. It will be available soon.
In the meantime the scheduler will work on mobile devices if you follow these instructions:
If you are using an iPhone you will need to allow cookies as well as disable prevent cross site tracking on your phone.
For iPhone users navigate to 'Settings > Safari > Privacy & Security' section and turn-off 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking' option (disable Prevent Cross Site Tracking). Then navigate to 'Settings > Safari > Privacy & Security' section and turn-off 'Block All Cookies' option (disable Block All Cookies).
Then reload the webpage from your iPhone and the scheduler should function properly.
Alternatively, you can schedule online from your computer.
